In this workshop participants will explore their inner universe through Kemetic Yoga™ an ancient Egyptian system of yoga using slow, methodical physical movements combined with controlled deep breathing and meditation — developing patience and concentration. Kemetic Yoga aids in relaxation, stress management, balance, coordination, flexibility, focus, and strength – the things we need to keep our Wakandacon experience in our daily lives. In addition, the postures help you connect to ancient wisdom of our Kemetic ancestors. Come as you are and be prepared for gentle movement.
